• Verified by Inflewz, operates under a separate website and separate policies
• Where verification or public QR scans are involved, Verified’s Privacy & Terms apply in addition

4. Eligibility & enterprise use

To use Inflewz,, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering a binding contract
• You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization (for enterprise accounts)
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Inflewz is intended primarily for business and enterprise use.

5. Account responsibility

• Customers are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts
• Role-based access is managed by customer administrators
• Inflewz is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from customer-side configuration or credential management
• Inflewzuploaded by customers

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
• Misuse asset tracking or surveillance capabilities
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or tamper with the platform
• Bypass security or access controls
• Use Inflewz for illegal monitoring or personal surveillance

7. Data & content ownership

• Customer Data remains the property of the customer
• Inflewz acts as a data processor for customer data
• Platform software, workflows, AI models, UI, documentation, and intellectual property remain the property of Inflewz / Prestine

8. AI & automation disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs are advisory and assistive only
• Users must independently review and validate outputs before making operational, legal, or compliance decisions
• Inflewz is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI-generated suggestions

9. Payments & subscriptions

• Fees are charged according to agreed pricing plans
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways
• Applicable taxes (including GST or VAT) are charged as required by law
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Inflewz Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Service availability

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis
• Planned maintenance and downtime may occur
• Inflewz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Inflewz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the preceding twelve (12) months

12. Termination

Inflewz may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice where legally permitted, in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms
• Security threats or misuse
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Non-payment of applicable fees

13. Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka
• Subject to mandatory consumer protection and data protection laws applicable in other jurisdictions
